I bought the Killer Ads back in July and have to tell you my experience. Let me first say that I never write this type of letter because products rarely if ever live up to the hype. Well over five years, I was gone four years. Which was great but, after three straight years away, I returned to my office in decline. Some of the stuff in Killer Ad seemed a little weird and as it's said in Ireland "American." Anyway, the morning the ad came out, the office was closed (we were working the afternoon) but my secretary had the mobile. At 9:45 I called her to ask if we'd gotten anything. No. An hour later she rang back and said that while we had been talking she had had 5 missed calls, the phone was ringing off the hook, and she couldn't schedule and get information for so many without being at the office. By the end of the day we had scheduled 12 new patients! Seven days after running the ad I've processed 25 new patients from the ad, and all but 5 have said they want to go with our corrective care program versus acute care. They're getting the picture and look to be good, referring patients. There are 5 more people signed up to come in next week but we'll count them on arrival. "I'd like to comment that I have never had any other form of advertising
that works as well in my town than the insert. I usually get at least 20 NP's
out of the 6000 inserts that continue treatment. Last time I ran the insert,
which was in February 2005, we totaled the profit margin at the end of the year,
and it was 16,997 minus the $750 that it cost to print and run and I guess I'd
need to minus the cost of the ad, so let's say $16,000 profit from one ad. Not
Bad!! I would have never believed it since my first impression was that no one
would take the time to read it because it was so wordy. But you're the expert
and you've proven me totally wrong about my first impression!"

March ad 40. April will be at least 40 again. I'm still using the first ad, Doctors confession that you helped me write. I have changed nothing each time it has run (six times now) at least 40 new patients each time. Thanks again ! Any Doctor that is not getting close to these results is not doing exactly what you instruct them to do. I have spoke to several Doctors who said they had changed one thing or another or tried to write their own version with minimal results, all to save just a few bucs ! What a mistake !! I tell them all to do it right or stop doing it at all. Keep up the great work.

Rarely do people write letters to praise a product. I just had to let you know the difference your killer ad has made in our practice. My husband and I opened in March, 2004. I thought if in April (our first full month) we saw 30 new patients, I would be thrilled. Thanks to your ad, we saw 44! We continue to run it and it continues to produce. We are busier than we had ever anticipated. The new patients act like they know us and already like us. Never have we seen and ad produce customers that call and say "I loved your ad". It makes my prospecting easier because people read and remember the ad. They say "I know you, I can't believe I read that whole thing, I never do that". When I took the ad to our printer he said "where did you get this and how much did you pay for it". He discouraged us from running it. Needless to say, he is no longer our printer. I wanted to take a minute and thank you for helping me write my first "real" Killer ad.
Obviously my first attempt was quite poor. After you revised my new attempt, I sent it
out into the community and ever since we have met or exceeded our new patient goal
every week since! Killer Ads are something that I have committed to continue doing
for a least the next 12 months but the truth is that I see doing them consistently
for the rest of my career. It's a steady producer! So far in two months we have had
over 25 NP's and they have all been high quality people. My usual NP flow used to be
10-15 NP per month now we are seeing over 25 a month. Thank you so much for your help

To tell you the truth I was a little skeptical about the whole program but was
reassured by several people in the profession that these ads really do work.
I bought your program and ran my first ad. I knew that after reading the book,

I have been meaning to e-mail you for some time to express my gratitude. You see a year and a half ago I opened my office and after six months, was still struggling with how to get new patients into my office. I heard about your ads and decided to get them. Let me tell you my story...I was not prepared for the volume of patients I got after following your directions and running the ad. I had 68 new patients reply...I couldn't get them all in in the three weeks expiration time so I had to extend the date to get them all in. Now not all 68 became patients but that was my responsibility not the ad. Being a glutton for punishment, I ran the ad two months later and had 46 responses. I tried to start a practice in '99 without killer ads, using a consultant
and spinal screening. The result was bankruptcy and two and a half years
of rebuilding confidence and slaving under village idiots who built practices
in the 80's. Just opened my new practice- 30 new patients in three weeks!
People are accepting care plans and actually ask about the chiropractic

In November of 1997 my husband and I opened a chiropractic office in one of
the larger cities in Iowa. Nobody told us how hard this would be.
Starvation was definitely part of the experience. After the first 6 months,
I didn't see how we could make it with both of us depending on the income of
his office. I decided it would be better to hire someone to help him at the
office, put our son in daycare, and get a job that could pay all the bills.
Believe it or not, at the time this was the right move for us. I paid the
bills while he built up his practice. After about two years of working for
someone else - I had had it! The stress of working and still doing
everything to keep a business at home running had run its course. I
informed Bruce that I would give him two months to really make the
chiropractic business a success. At that point I was going to quit my job.
Our office was either going to "sink or swim". We needed to do everything
to focus on one goal - our chiropractic office.
Contrary to my accountant's recommendations - I quit my job. That same
month we went to a Whitehall seminar in Chicago. A couple of people at the
seminar indicated that they were using the Killer Ads and were having pretty
good success. Bruce and I decided to take the small amount of money I had
saved and use the "sink or swim" approach and go for it. We purchased the
Killer Ads, bought an ad and waited for the phone to ring. It did! 18
times!
Our newspaper representative was shocked. A chiropractor down the street
did an ad for his office. The typical symptom list, photo of him looking
professional, and a map to his office. She said he got 3 calls.
I placed another ad 4 weeks later and waited for the phone to ring. It did!
This time 34 times! I LOVE this! In all I have run 29 inserts with results
of 373 NEW PATIENTS! On Monday we ran another ad, and we had 3 calls within
the first couple of hours. I consistently run an insert EVERY 4 weeks. I
rotate the areas and run 10,000 inserts each time. I gave my ad
representative a calendar of the dates 12 months in advance. She calls me
to see what changes, if any, to make and she takes care of the rest. I
follow Dr. Manna's instructions to the letter. It works!
In all we have only run 3 different ads. Our latest is the ad from the
staff member's point of view. It is working great. There is another doctor
in town that is also using the Killer Ads. I have called him and we have
worked together to make sure our ads do not run in the same area. This is
working out well. He stays on one side of the river, we stay on the other.
I am so happy that the Killer Ads were recommended to us. This has changed
our life! Bruce is still working hard, but now we have an income to show
for it. He also has the chiropractic office he has always wanted. Bruce is
also now able to provide for his entire family. What a wonderful feeling
for him knowing that is wife and 2 sons are well provided.
The Killer Ads get patients in the door. What Bruce does with them once
they are there is his responsibility. Without the Killer Ads we would have
a lot less patients in the door. No question about it.

I'm sure you remember, I wrote you about a month ago from XXXXXX, AR. My wife
(the Dr.) and I run a clinic in XXXXXXX a small Arkansas town. I told you before
we even ran the ad, that I was sure we would get tremendous results and today I
am happy to report that I was correct. Our ad ended yesterday and we ran it only
once. We received 34 new patients on an ad circulation of 6,274. If you calculate
the percentage, that’s better than most and done during the month of July! We had
a modestly successful practice before, about 250-260 PVA monthly. As of the end of
July, we had 458 PV and collected TWICE what our best month to date has been.
We have really received more than 34 new patients from the ad, because I have
kept a strict track record of who came from where. During the month, we had
about 3 new people from our Yellow Pages ad, 34 from the Killer Ad, and 5
