End User Agreement-Killer Ads, Inc.

This product is afforded full protection under U.S. Copyright Law. 

In addition to Federal protection, use of this product signifies your agreement with the following terms of use. If you do not agree with any of these terms of use, please do not use the product.  The Killer Ads, Inc. (“Killer Ads”) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, with qualifications, to allow the use of it’s copyrighted products to registered owners only.

Use

You agree to use the product from the office where registered, and no other office.  Killer Ads may be used by the purchaser, and no other.  It may not be sold, transferred, disseminated by any means, or given to any other person for commercial use.  If you practice with another at the same location, and you would like him/her to use the materials from that location, you may notify use, and we will register that person.  However, you must give us that notice.  You must notify us if you move your office, so that we may re-register you at the new location.

If you have a “satellite office” or multiple offices, you may purchase another license to use Killer Ads at other offices at a reduced rate (please call us at 706-233-9000).

Killer Ads is not responsible for the content of any ads that may not comply with the regulations of the purchasers practice jurisdiction.  It is incumbent upon the purchaser to abide by any regulations that are in effect in his/her jurisdiction.

Disclaimers

By using this product, you agree to hold harmless Killer Ads, its officers, directors, employees, agents, distributors and affiliates for any and all claims, damages, losses and causes of action arising out of their use.  Again, check your Board regulations; it’s up to you to stay legal!  Some laws are strange (e.g. New York State disallows chiropractors to advertise that they care for people with visceral disorders, etc.)

The materials of this product are given and distributed "as is" and appear without express or implied warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose. The Killer Ads makes no warranty as to what you or others may perceive as to the quality, accuracy, completeness and validity of any materials and does not warrant that the functions of the materials contained herein.
